Some facts about Nepal
In 2006 life became very tough in Nepal. Strikes against the government took place and as a result curfews were imposed, shops were closed, transportation stopped and prices were steeply increased.
However, in May of 2006 Nepal was declared a secular state and freedoms were restored particularly religious freedom. The time is right to plant the Gospel in this nation.
Reuben Rai and his wife Rita are at the heart of bringing the Gospel in this nation. Below you will see pictures showing some of the things they are doing to win souls for Jesus Christ.
We are a Napali ministry actively taking part in the mission to build the kingdom of God by planting churches. We work in partnership with other communities who have the same vision and passion to build and expand the Kingdom of God. We are a non-denominational and non-profit association of Nepali churches founded by the help of God in 2003.
Dear most valued partner, it is all because of you and because of your prayer and support Nepal and our communites are being changes. Your prayer and support is very great to us. Only together can we saturate church planting and reach Nepal with the Gospel of Jesus. Please help us as we reach unreached places in the Himalayas and remember us in your prayers as we work to plant churches all over Nepal.

Our Ministries in Brief

Our Vision
To see people saved. "To open their eyes, and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them, which are sactified by faith, that is in me." (Acts 26:18)

Our Mission
Our mission is to preach the Good News of abundant life that we can receive in Jesus Christ. "The theif cometh not, but for to steal and to kill and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." (John 10:10)
Our Objectives
1.
To facilitate programs of leadership development and organize seminars.
2.
To literate illiterate women and impart the skills they have in order to build their
personality, character and self-esteem.
3.
To communicate our faith among youth through mediums of sports, recreation and showing of films.
4.
To serve the disadvantaged children and organize childrens camps (Deut. 6:7, 17).
5.
To equip emerging indigenous and house church leaders by providing practical and appropriate training and materials.
6.
To provide micro loans to the extreme poor so they can start their own business to let the improve their family status and uplift them physically, mentally, spiritually and financially.
Please partner with us so these goals can be reached for the glory of God in Nepal.

Here is just one of the many testimonies that reflect the fruit of what Jesus Christ is doing through this very important ministry. It is the testimony of Ms. Binda Karki (Pictured to the left). This testimony is related in her own words:
Hello everyone. My name is Binda Karki. I am now 41 years old. I am the mother of eight children. When I was with my youngest son in my womb my husband abandoned me and left me to nothing. He married other women and forsook me and our children. I cried day and night and worshipped many gods to bring back my husband. When nothing was with me I came to Kathmandu and stayed at temple in Lubhu. I was trained how to worship Devi, Durga and other gods in the temple. As a priestess I had to wake up early in the morning and bath in cold water before lighting up the lamps for gods in the temple. I took fasting at day time and ate nothing for gods. I often wen to Pashupati Temple (Nepal's largest and most loved shrine) and worshipped there and use to bring bread, rice, bananas, fruits and other food offered to idols in temple by the devotees. We used to survive by these.
My heart was restless and I wanted something that was unkown. I left temple and came to Balkumari. Some one told my children that there was a teacher in church nearby he teaches children fee of course and takes no fees at all. That teacher (now Reuben) came to my room and shared about Jesus. He said that "Jesus loves you. Jesus is only way to heaven and all other gods are manmade gods and they are not true and such and such." I thought to myself, I am the priestess of the temple and I know who true god is. But in my heart something said that this is the one you are looking for years. A week later he came again and preached about Jesus. I decided to receive Jesus in my heart and I did.
When I received Jesus Christ in my heart I felt that I came in different world and One True God. But nobody in my room brought any food. I and my two year old son and other children slept without food for many days and nights. Yet we were happy becasue we receive something special than food and greater than all gods.
Today I have peace in my heart. I have found someone who loves me greater than my husband. I want to tell everyone about Jesus. I went to my husband and said that I forgive you for what ever wrong you did against me. I am a follower of Jesus Christ now. Some time later I found a job. Even though amount I receive is too small I give to God for the works of the minstry. I believe I have received more blessing than I was supposed to receive.
Please pray for me I would like to show love to abandoned children. I would like to start children home and start literacy classes for women.
Thank you.
